Communications & Logistics Director
Alexandre Bizot
Communications & Logistics Director Candidate
Greeting my fellow Model UNians, my name is Alexandre Bizot, and I would be honored to be the communications and logistics director as well as 11th grade representative. I believe I am qualified for this position due to my experience in Model UN, as I have attended every meeting as well as attending the Rhodes conference with many of you. I am also very extroverted, which means I am not afraid to talk to strangers and make connections with teachers, directors, and students. I can quickly make connections with new people in any circumstance, and I have plenty of experience doing so as I have done this for my entire life. As communications and logistics director and 11th grade representative, I am prepared to take on the full responsibility of the position and I wish to be as clear with information as I am available at all times. I am known to respond quickly to messages, so you would never have to worry about being left on delivery until it’s too late. Once again, my name is Alexandre Bizot, and I would be honored to be the communications and logistics director as well as 11th grade representative.
Emma Wei
Communications & Logistics Director Candidate
Hello! My name is Emma Wei, and I will be running for 11th grade rep and Communications & Logistics officer positions for next year’s Model UN. I have been a part of Model UN for this past year and have really loved the experience. As such, I would like to be more involved through obtaining this position. I have relevant experience that translates from positions outside of MUN, for instance, for the past two years, I have partly managed the statistics and events of nearly 200 cadets in JROTC. As the Financial Director, I will make sure to hold club fundraisers and allocate club fees so that conferences can be less costly. I will also work closely with the communications and logistics director to plan more conferences and opportunities for involvement within MUN.
Ishika Sen
Communications & Logistics Director Candidate
Hello, I am Ishika Sen, running for 10th Grade representative and Communications and Logistics Director.
Beginning with 10th Grade representative, I believe I am a viable candidate due to my passion for creating solutions for the good of others, dedicated attendance, and budding enthusiasm for public speaking. My participation in the Rhodes Model UN conference has given me valuable experience in a competitive environment, increased my confidence in my speaking skills, and gave me further understanding of the works of MUN. My knowledge of MUN and my many acquaintances and friends in the class below me will result in well-prepped and interested first year members through my immersive and digestible teaching skills.
Moving on to Communications and Logistics Director, I have great organizational skills and punctuality, and can send concise, entertaining, and informative emails to my fellow members. My assumption of the position will result in a revival of the club’s inactive social media, putting forth a positive public image for the club in a fresh direction. In the past year, I have actively sought out members from the class below me to revitalize our club, resulting in many potential members who are eager to join in the coming year. Thank you!!

Communications & Logistics Director Candidate
Selecting me for either the 10th-grade representative or Communications Director of our Model UN Club would be the best choice because I bring both experience and enthusiasm. I've been part of the club for a year already, so I know how things work, and I'm excited to keep helping out for three more years. At the Rhodes conference, I did well—I got second place in my committee and was one of only four award winners on the WSHS team. Also, I've been on the Student Advisory Council for the Memphis Youth Symphony Program, where I learned how to lead a group and work together with others. I promise to bring lots of energy to the club, making sure everyone feels included and heard. I have been a part of organizing events and programs at MYSP, communicating with others on the council. Furthermore, I know many of the best and smartest people within the rising 10th grade and can advocate for them to join. With me in a leadership role, I believe we can make our Model UN Club even better. So, if you want someone who's dedicated, experienced, and ready to make things happen, then I should be 10th grade representative or communications director.
